Supply chain · United States

From a market name to its true source.

Cut-to-size production under control in the workshop

The problem

A U.S. installer needed a white stone sold under a commercial name. The trade name hid the real material and added cost and confusion to the chain. Bought through standard distribution, the result is re-interpretation and relabeling friction.

The approach

We identified the true source material, removed the brand confusion, and structured a direct Turkey route for a controlled 60x120 cut-to-size run. We selected a qualified workshop route and screened blocks on site before production, applying strict criteria to protect tone consistency and structural integrity across the full batch, then monitored production and aligned documentation with actual output.

White stone block screened at the source before production
  • Market name traced to true source
  • On-site block screening in Turkey
  • Controlled 60x120 production
  • Install-ready packing and export alignment

What was quoted was exactly what was delivered.

The outcome

An install-ready cut-to-size package with a shorter supply chain, stronger quality control, and full traceability from yard to U.S. delivery. No re-interpretation, no relabeling confusion, no downstream friction.
