We run the full range. We go deepest where an ocean makes it hardest: the stone that hangs on a building and the stone that lives outdoors.

01 / Ventilated facades

We hand over a finished facade panel, not a slab.

Solid cladding with kerf anchors, or a stone face on an aluminum honeycomb core. We pick the block, machine the panel to your anchor system, control it in person, and crate it by elevation.

Bespoke exterior stone, cut to the drawing.

Pavers, copings, steps, pool surrounds and custom details, cut to format and finish for the outside. We supply the stone ready to lay. Your crew owns the base and the install.

The take-off

Buildable numbers before anyone buys a block.

Send the drawings, or a photo and a city. Two days inside them and you get quantities, yield and waste by material, tonnage, 20-ft container count, crate maps and QC photo sets, every figure traced to the drawing it came from. You find out what the job runs. We find out whether it is ours. If we pass, you keep the numbers and the reasons.

Fixed fee

Quoted on your drawings before we start, credited back in full when you build with us.

We quote in USD.
Samples and quotations are prepared and supplied free of charge, and samples are packed in wooden crates so they arrive intact.
Need a number for your bid? You get a conservative budgetary estimate first, then optimised pricing once the job is awarded.
Drawings released in stages? We start production on the approved elements while the rest of the package is finalised.

Before you send anything

We are the wrong call if:

Your number is set by domestic or Far East production.On heavy stone the ocean freight alone can sit above that target before the stone costs a cent.
The block has to ship next week.We cannot walk a quarry on that clock.
You want to see the last house we did.We will not show you, for the same reason we will not show yours.
You would be bidding against a partner we already have.We take one side per job, and we say so up front.

Otherwise, what we need is a photo of the stone or the drawings, one person who can sign off on a slab, and lead time to walk the quarry before the saw is booked.

We take on two more active partners at a time, and no more.

How the package runs

One channel instead of ten suppliers.

You send a photo or the drawings. We identify the real stone behind the trade name, make the buy decision that sets the cost, run fabrication and QC in person in the Verona district, crate by elevation or by zone, and ship 20-ft containers loaded to weight to your jobsite. You keep the client and the install.
